We stand behind every song, CD, Download and Subscription you purchase from our company. No gimmicks, tricks or hassles. However, because of the nature of personalized mixes (myMIXES), Instant Downloads, Subscriptions and SALE CDS all sales are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
Music not what you expected:
If you are not happy with your full-price pre-formatted CD return the CD within 90 days with a note explaining how you would like us to handle your return. If you prefer an exchange, please include a check for $2.00 per CD to cover the shipping expense of your replacement CD if you reside in the US. If you are an international customer please include $7 to cover international shipping for the exchange. If you are not able to pay in US check or US currency, please contact us and we can charge you through the website. If you prefer a refund please let us know when you return the CD and we will issue a refund (less the shipping/handling charges) on your credit card or send you a check. Defective Items:
If you receive a defective product, please return it immediately. We will be glad to replace it with the same item.
Damaged CD:
If you scratch or damage a CD, simply send it back with $5 cash or check made out to Yes! Fitness Music, and we will send you a brand new one.
Incorrect Shipments:
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please send it back to us unopened within 30 days. We will gladly ship the correct item with a free gift as our apology. If you have any additional questions or problems, please contact customer service:

Subscription Cancellation:
If you are not satisfied with your Yes!Go Subscription, you may cancel at anytime. Your access will remain through the remainder of your current billing period. If you are monthly subscriber, your plan will expire at the end of the billed month. If you are a yearly subscriber, your plan will expire at the end of the 12 month period. Unfortunately, due to the nature of subscriptions, we are unable to provide refunds.
