1. When I go to play an album, I am getting an error about a "zip file". It won't play.
Did you get a new phone? This happens with the newest OS. Simply delete the app entirely and then reinstall from the App store. Once you login again, the music will show up. You do not need any redemption codes to get your music back as long as you are logged back in under the same account you redeemed them under.
2. I see an old music release, but I can't see how to add a new release.
Visit clementune.yesfitnessmusic.com and login there with the same email you used when you redeemed your first album code. Note: If you redeem a code under a new /different email, you will not be able to have both albums under the same Clementune app account.
3. I have the app from last year, and redeemed my code on the Clementune web page, but I don't see the new album.
Check to see if you redeemed this year's code with the same email you have your app logged into. Tap the top left hand corner for Menu and tap on your name or "Account Details" to confirm the logged-in email is same as the email you used to register this year's code.
4. My music has been downloading for hours and still nothing has appeared.
Some android installations disable cellular downloads and if your WiFi connection if not fully authenticated or connected, it could look like you are downloading when you are not. Go to the Side menu of the app, tap on Data Settings and enable "Use Cellular Data".
5. How do I change my email or password?
Login or ask for password reset at clementune.yesfitnessmusic.com . If you are resetting a password, check your spam/junk folder for emails from instructorcare@yesfitnessmusic.com Resets are sent within 30 seconds.
6. How do I download or share the music outside of your app?
You cannot share music in the app, however you can login to clementune.yesfitnessmusic.com from a desktop computer and download the full album to burn to a CD
7. I don't see video option for my material.
Either you are on an outdated version of the app and need to update to the newest version or your redeemed code does not include video access. If you think you are supposed to have video access, contact us for assistance and provide your "redemption code" so we can research and get the proper info for you.
8. My App is crashing when I open it.
Make sure you redeemed your code at clementune.yesfitnessmusic.com before you open the app.
9. Can I download videos?
No, videos cannot be downloaded from the app or from the clementune.yesfitnessmusic.com pages as per policy of your content provider.
10. Why is there no #10 FAQ?
Because we couldn't think of one and "Top 9" didn't roll off the tongue.
